When the process is finished, click "Close" to exit Rufus. The settings in the "Destination System" section will be changed automatically. The latest version of the program not only allows you to select an ISO disk image on your computer, but also to download the official images from the Microsoft website. 
Click the "Select" button and specify the ISO image with Windows 10 if you have it, if not - see point 3. After launching Rufus, in the Device field, select the drive (flash drive) that we are going to write Windows 10 to. You will need an ISO image and a drive to write to (all existing data on it will be erased in the process), and the image can be downloaded directly from the Rufus program while the bootable flash drive is being created:
